Who we are
Syntal Ltd ("Syntal", "we") is a digital agency based in London, United Kingdom. Contact: contact@syntal.co.uk.
What we collect
- Details you give us through our forms or chat assistant: name, business name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, website, industry, country and your message.
- Records of our conversations with you by email or WhatsApp, and whether you opened or replied to our messages.
- Publicly available business contact details (for example a business's listed email or phone number) when we contact businesses about our services.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To send you the audit or information you asked for (your request / consent).
- To contact you by WhatsApp, including voice notes, only if you opted in or messaged us first (consent).
- To contact businesses about services relevant to them, with an easy way to opt out in every message (legitimate interests).
Opting out
Every email contains an unsubscribe link. On WhatsApp, reply "stop" or block the number. You can also email us and we'll remove you from all contact within 48 hours. We keep a minimal suppression record so we never contact you again.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run this: our web host (Hostinger), our email sending provider, and Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform). We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Lead data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@syntal.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
